What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processing system. At this time, we’re not outfitted to accept checks, except through our wholesale program (10+ pounds at a time).
How, when, and where do you ship?
Standard shipping is included in the 2% Club pricing and most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Tracking is made available on all orders, so you can monitor your box as it travels from our door to yours.
We get your coffee shipped out within a day of roasting. You can expect it to land on your doorstep within 2-3 days for the Continental United States.
Currently we ship coffee to the continental United States. More countries are on the way as we figure out logistics for shipping abroad.
Can you tell me more about shipping?
We ship via Federal Express, UPS, USPS, and other premium carriers to provide expedited service.
At times and due to circumstances outside of our control, the following issues with orders may result in delayed shipping:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Shipping address does not match billing address
- Payment delay or issue
- Orders held because they contain a large quantity of a single item that would cause inventory depletion (note: this is an infrequent circumstance)
- Carrier failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)
Under any and all circumstances, we believe that the job isn’t through till the package is delivered to you. We work extra-hard to make sure you get our top-quality beans in a timely manner.
