Healthy Coffee Protein Shake Recipe

Getting enough protein in the day is crucial to most diets and fitness plans. This morning drink serves as both a breakfast beverage or a mid-day pick me up.
What You'll Need:
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (We used this)
  • 1 Cup of Chilled Prospect Dark Roast by Thrasher Coffee 
  • 2 Cups of Ice
  • 1 Cup of Milk (Whole, Almond, or Coconut etc)
  • Cinnamon (Optional)
Directions: 
  • Combine all ingredients in Blender
  • Blend for 2 minutes
  • Pour
  • ENJOY
